You are advised to inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and you should notify Homebits in writing either by e-mail (sales (at) or fax (+44 (0)8701 337955) if the goods are unsuitable, damaged, or do not comply with your order within seven days from the delivery date

We want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason the Goods do not suit your needs, the purchaser can return them to Homebits unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and adequately insured during their return journey for a full refund (excluding calculated delivery charges, if any, calculated on the value of the item(s) being returned).

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the purchaser to Homebits in their original delivered packaging and should be adequately insured during their return journey. The purchaser will be entitled to a full refund (including calculated delivery charges, if any, calculated on the value of the item(s) being returned) plus the carriage costs incurred to return such, if the Goods are in fact proven to be defective or damaged.

If Homebits supply an item in error which is not in accordance with your order, it is the responsibility of Homebits to advise you of their return instructions which may involve a third party, for example The Post Office, in order to fufill this requirement; all costs are limited to the cost of the item being returned.

All goods being returned must include a copy (or original) of the Homebits issued delivery/invoice note included within the returned package in order for us to process this as quickly as possible. Proof of postage does not constitute a return receipt by Homebits and any claims made against returns made using this method will not be accepted.


If you, the purchaser, fail to notify or advise Homebits within ten days from the date of the Homebits delivery/invoice note included with your purchase and subsequently do not return these items within 18 days from the date of this notification, then you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Any requests for returns after this period has elapsed will be at the discretion of Homebits and any subsequent refunds due in respect of an agreed return will be subject to a re-stocking/handling charge.
